Chris Knightly

Prior to joining Madison Commercial, Chris served as a Senior Investment Analyst at CARROLL where he spent the past two years working on the Acquisitions team. At CARROLL, Chris was responsible for the sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities throughout the Southeast, closing $2B in transactions. Chris worked closely with senior management and equity partners in coordinating due diligence, developing business plans, structuring financing, and assisting acquisitions through closing.

Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wake Forest University Business School.
